Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 90% refund if cancelled ≥ 30 days prior to check-in
  • 60% refund if cancelled ≥ 15 but < 30 days
  • No refund if cancelled < 15 days
  • 15% amendment fee for check-in date changes (subject to availability)
  • 5% fee for name/room category change requests
  • GST/Taxes are non-refundable
  • Triple occupancy: Additional charge for guests aged 6+ years
  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 7-14 working days
  • No-show, late check-in, or early check-out are non-refundable
  • Event Organiser may revise conditions without prior notice due to operational needs
